Your AI receptionist

Your RingAgent AI receptionist runs 24/7 and doesn't need support hours. If you're experiencing issues with call handling, log into your dashboard to check your agent status and settings.

Common support questions

I can't log into my dashboard.

Make sure you're using the email address you signed up with. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page. If you still can't get in, contact us and we'll sort it out immediately.

My AI isn't answering calls.

First, check that your phone number is correctly forwarded to the RingAgent number shown in your dashboard. If forwarding is set up and calls are still going to voicemail, contact support and we'll investigate your agent status.

How do I change my AI's name or greeting?

Log into your dashboard, navigate to AI Settings, and update the name, greeting script, and instructions. Changes take effect immediately — no restart needed.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Go to the Billing section in your dashboard and click "Cancel Subscription." Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees or hoops to jump through.

My SMS summaries aren't arriving.

Check the phone number on file in your dashboard settings — SMS summaries are sent to the owner phone number. Make sure it's entered correctly with the full country code. If the number looks right, send us a message and we'll investigate.

How do I update my billing information?

Go to the Billing page in your dashboard. You'll find options to update your card, view invoices, and manage your subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Can I give a team member access to my dashboard?

Currently each account has one login. Multi-user access is on the roadmap. For now, you can share your login credentials with a trusted team member, or contact us if you need a custom arrangement.

What languages does RingAgent support?

RingAgent supports 12+ languages including English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, and more. Change your agent's language from the AI Settings page in your dashboard.
